Anti-Inflammatory Carrot Sunrise

I just love making juice.

Every single day after running or pilates I have a huge green juice, a half liter minimum.

Sometimes I like to mix it up though. This is why I created this baby.

Let me introduce you to Anti-Inflammatory Carrot Sunrise:


Carrots are full of Vitamin A and have all sorts of health benefits, including improved vision, cancer prevention, anti-aging, heart disease prevention, detoxifying and making your skin glow.

But this is not an ordinary carrot juice. The ginger gives it an extra twist. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, it improves the absorption and assimilation of nutrients, helps with nausea, including motion sickness, and helps to get rid of a cold.

How to make it? Wait no more.

Anti-Inflammatory Carrot Sunrise:

  • 5-6 carrots
  • a knob of ginger (as little or as much as you like)
  • Juice!!!
